In our first two years in business, Red Ladder Productions has executed dozens of corporate events ranging from being the technical producers of the 2017 Presidential Inauguration (official indoor events) to providing turn-key support with our trusted vendor partners on mid-range and smaller projects.
For some of our corporate clients, we work as an extension of their in-house teams (using their company’s business cards and email addresses) for management fees only. Other clients prefer to hire us as a full-service production vendor, in which case we provide fixed-price packages including equipment and on-site staffing.

BROADWAY TOURS AND THE PERFORMING ARTS
Armed with our backgrounds in the performing arts (theater, dance, opera, concerts), we apply our theatrical sensibilities to all our projects. For producers of both national and international tours, we specialize in getting productions up and running and then handing them off to in-house teams after the first few engagements.

Do you need theatrical expertise?
SPECIAL EVENTS
We love working on special events because of the unique challenges that we get to tackle. For the 2018 Stanley Cup Parade, we handled media logistics (satellite coordination, staging, power, fiber/telephone lines) that included cameras on four of the travelling team buses, a pace vehicle and a helicopter, in addition to four media stand-up positions along the route and multiple press risers at the rally itself. We got the call for this event on the Thursday night prior to the Tuesday morning parade.

EXHIBITIONS
The Red Ladder team also has extensive experience designing, installing and managing global touring exhibitions and permanent installations of themed architectural projects ranging from world fair pavilions to auto shows and from casinos to high-end video game arcades. Although most exhibit work predates Red Ladder, this is a core capability.
