We love working on special events because of the unique challenges that we get to tackle. Our experience ranges from outdoor festivals to sporting events, from cruise ship launches to international summits.

For the 2018 Stanley Cup Parade, we handled media logistics (satellite coordination, staging, power, fiber/telephone lines) that included cameras on four of the traveling team buses, a pace vehicle and a helicopter, in addition to four media stand-up positions along the route and multiple press risers at the rally itself. We got the call for this event on the Thursday night prior to the Tuesday morning parade.
