Red Ladder’s customizable On-Air platform was developed by production professionals. Our core team have been working for decades as writers, DPs, editors, and producers for Live Events and Broadcast. We understand what works well for a live audience, and how to produce a live-streamed program that can captivate remote participants.
During the height of COVID, we pivoted from in-person events to virtual production. The 2020 CHCI Hispanic Heritage Month “All Virtual” Conference was a prime example:
- 5 days w/ 40+ live sessions
- 4 tracks of 250+ panelists/presenters,
- a Gala Awards show on a 3D virtual set
- all hosted on our own fully customized digital portal

To achieve a virtual event of this scale we sent remote recording kits to interviewees/talent and layered in digital sets/backgrounds.
